X-Men are a team of fiction from the book superhero created by Marvel Comics Universec. The X-Men # 1 first appeared in September 1963. Told a Professor Xavier created the power with the Westchester train young mutants to use their power to help mankind, and to prove the power of mutant heroes can be recruited. X-Men that was her name, is a collection of supperhero Xavier Cyclops, Iceman, Angel, Beast and Jean Gray. They have special powers because of their ownership of “X-Gene”, a normal human gene mutants lack but which gives them the ability. Mutants which are mutations that occur as a result of radiation exposure. All five original X-Men, including Professor Xavier is expressed as the children of parents who worked on atomic weapons for the United States military.

Early issues introduced the team arch enemy, Magneto and the Brotherhood of mutants, which will continue to battle the X-Men for decades in the history of comics. X-Men comics have been adapted into other media, including the animated television series, video games, and successful movie series.
